Introducing NexusInnovest

Delivering on the promise of renewable energy and a safer, more secure water future. What began as a hydrogen equipment supplier is now well into its transformation into a unified, integrated dual-nexus company. That evolution is driven by a shared commitment to a trū-zero, carbon-negative world — a commitment that shapes how we prepare for the challenges ahead, whom we recruit, employ, and support, and how we serve the diverse communities that now depend on us.

Our operating facilities are defined by autonomous and decentralised systems that are neither dependent on commercial grid access nor reliance on local freshwater resources to produce carbon-negative hydrogen. The product innovation group is defined as a research and development vehicle for the organisation. Geographically, the company operates from Singapore and North America, with numerous ventures to be placed in other countries.

As of today, we've finished the difficult work of aligning an array of renewable strategies with our values. This includes a diverse and experienced leadership team who are ready to achieve big things in the decentralised energy, water and waste industries across the global landscape.

To accomplish this, our strategy is built on three core elements:

First, we offer our partners and equipment buyers something more. A fully transparent hydrogen capture platform that not only helps resolve the energy transition successfully, but also enables local delivery channels that can source responsibly during a period of dramatic regulatory evolution. In order to provide superior value for our customers and shareholders, we've built logistics, operations and engineering processes in a way that seamlessly integrates into numerous balance of plant features to ensure rapid returns. More significantly, this flexibility ensures that our business is not dependent on subsidies or carbon-credit schemes to achieve profitability.

Decarbonising the hardest sectors to abate is the one area where we can make the greatest contribution to renewable hydrogen, the energy transition and safeguarding our environment for future generations.

Second, we are leveraging the financial and operational synergies between marine, coastal and land-based waste-to-energy (WTE) facilities. That alone lowers total cost of ownership and delivers rapid return on investment, higher productivity and immediate environmental compliance. Owning and operating renewable hydrogen facilities, therefore, can be done at any scale, which is a critical factor throughout the global energy transition.

And third, we're building a competitive advantage through a synchronised approach to energy and water resiliency. We are standardising, automating and digitising our core processes as well as its application to every commercial asset — such as ships, containers and warehouses — to drastically reduce fossil fuel use and protect increasingly fragile water supplies. In this regard, we must achieve this objective and become nexus partners for the industry. We trust you'll join us in this endeavour that we all share.
